Garden-Based Interventions Consistently Show an Increase in Fruit and Vegetable Intake

A systematic review of participation in garden programs including container gardens, outdoor programs, afterschool programs, and community gardens shows a common impact of increased fruit and vegetable consumption in children ages 2 through 15.
